Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received, our technicians will inspect the device and process your refund within 5 business days.
